Tell us about why you started your stall/business?

The vandotsch speculaas spice mix is based on the sweet tasting spice recipe from my Dutch grandmother that we re-discovered some two years ago. The vandotsch speculaas spice mix consists of a perfectly-balanced mixture of nine organic spices including real, high grade, cinnamon from Sri Lanka, cloves, ginger and six other spices delivering deliciously warm, sweet and spicy ‘layers’ of taste taking any simple cinnamon taste to another level. Discover a variety of vandotsch speculaas spice infused recipes prepared by food bloggers, bakers, chefs and two Great British Bake Off finalists at http://www.speculaas.co.uk/

Why did you want to trade at the Fair Christmas Fayre?

I very much believe in the Fairtrade. Where possible our spices are either organic, Fairtrade sourced or both.
